Hut regulations for the Oberküps section house
Payment of the hut fee
You will receive the bank details with the e-mail confirmation of the reservation. The fee for using the hut must be transferred to the DAV Lichtenfels account before the key is handed over. The key is issued by the hut warden and must be returned there.
Please note these points when using the hut
- Everyone has to enter themselves properly in the hut book.
- Turn on the main power switch in the gray box behind the entrance door, turn it off again when you leave.
- In the basement, turn on the main water tap (located behind the boiler and is marked with red arrows) and turn it off again when you exit.
- Get only the required fuel from the woodshed. Do not store wood in the hallway. You have to dispose of the garbage yourself; Residual waste, glass and cardboard boxes etc.
- The key must be returned by the next morning at the latest.
- Please also make sure that all doors and windows are closed when you leave the hut.
- Sweep the kitchen and hallway
- Wash dishes and tidy up
- Clean stove, sink and worktops
- Empty the fridge, wash it out, switch it off and leave the door open.
- Leave the dishwasher open
- Empty trash can
- Clearing out ashes Please do not put hot ashes in the dustbin. (please put in the metal bucket, deglaze with water)
- Wet clean floors
- Thoroughly clean sanitary rooms, toilets, urinals, mirrors, showers and sinks
- Tidy up bedrooms, sweep floors or wipe if heavily soiled.
- Utility rooms: wipe tables, raise chairs, sweep floors or wipe if heavily soiled.
